  6. Move the Silent Mode slider to disable silent mode.

After disabling this mode go and turn off “Do not disturb mode” on the Google Home app:

  1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is linked to the same account as your speaker or display.
  2. Go to the Google Home app on your mobile or tablet.
  3. Tap your speaker or display.
  4. Then choose the Settings gear icon.
  5. Tap “Notifications & digital wellbeing”.
  6. Choose “Do not disturb” and turn it off.

After disabling these two modes go and connect the doorbell to Google Home.

According to Arlo, an Assistant PIN (Personal Identification Number) is required to arm and disarm your Arlo system using voice commands, but this PIN is currently only compatible with Amazon Alexa not Google Home.
